Digital downloads cannot be returned in the traditional sense, however, we operate a fair refund policy for digital downloads purchased on our website.

Our refund policy below states the rules and conditions about when, whether, and for how long a customer/user can be reimbursed for a digital download purchase.

48 hour refund policy

We can provide a refund for digital downloads within 48 hours from initial purchase, to allow customers/users to try out the digital download and decide if it meets their expectations. Once this window has passed, refunds are generally not available.

File corruption, or the file does not work

If a file is corrupted or does not work as intended, we will offer a refund or a replacement as our customers/users should not be held responsible for faulty products. Refund requests need to be made within 48 hours from initial purchase.

Download issues

If you have problems that prevent you from downloading the digital files then we recommend that you firstly contact the support team for your browser provider.

We ensure that our digital PDF and PNG files have been fully tested can be downloaded with all major browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox. If you still cannot download files, then there maybe an additional issue with your firewall settings, or network.

Refund limitations

There is always a risk of customer/user abuse, where a customer/user could try to exploit the refund system to obtain a free digital download. To combat this, we implement measures such as monitoring the number of refunds requested by a customer/user or limiting the number of refunds allowed within a certain time period.
