Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled in the traditional sense, however, we operate a fair refund policy for items purchased on our website.

Our refund policy below states the rules and conditions about when, whether, and for how long a customer/user can be reimbursed for a purchase.

30 day refund policy

We can provide a refund for orders within 30 days from initial purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund on an order, you will need to send your item back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own packaging and shipping costs in full for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your refund to arrive may vary.

File corruption, or the QR code does not work

All orders are checked to make sure QR codes read and work correctly before we despatch them. However, if a file is corrupted for some external reason and the QR code does not work as intended, we will offer a replacement as our customers/users should not be held responsible for faulty products. Replacement requests need to be made within 48 hours after your item arrives.

Refund and replacement limitations

There is always a risk of customer/user abuse, where a customer/user could try to exploit the refund and replacement system to obtain a free copy of a purchase. To combat this, we implement measures such as monitoring the number of refunds requested by a customer/user or limiting the number of refunds allowed within a certain time period.
