This information sets out additional terms and conditions for QRtrav shipped orders:

Placing an order
Once you have placed an order, we will compile your personalised QR tag and prepare your order for shipment. Once you’ve paid for the upgrade, you will then be able to view the order details and confirmation within your online account with us, together with a downloadable purchase invoice. Typically, orders are processed within 48 hours of payment.

Shipping and delivery
After your order is processed, we will despatch it to the shipping address provided when your order was placed. Please allow 5/7 business days for your new tag to arrive (Europe) and 7/10 business days for the United States, Australia, other international destinations. We despatch all orders from our EU office in Tallinn, Estonia.

Warranty
QR codes are very reliable, once your unique QR code is generated and then printed it will not degenerate or lose the data it holds (which links your unique ID page to the QR code). It is only if the QR code image becomes damaged that data can be lost. However, even if part of a QR code was to become unreadable, our QR codes have a high error correction level built in, which helps ensure a probability of the QR code still being readable even after being damaged.

Note: We take no responsibility for issues arising from damaged or unreadable QR codes, meaning, you should always check that your QR code successfully connects to your frontend profile ID before using our service and take care that your QR code remains undamaged after travelling (usage).

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase once you’ve received your order, we do have a returns policy. Any order can be returned to us within 7 working days from the date you received your order. Customers are responsible to pay in full for any postage and packaging costs incurred when returning an order to us. Refunds are available for returned orders and can be processed within 7 working days from physical receipt of the returned order.

Right to cancel
There is no possibility to cancel your order once it has been processed. This is because your tag is personalised to your own user account and cannot be re-sold after it’s created.

Information on how we use data that we collect about you can be found in our privacy and cookies policy. These do not form part of these terms and conditions but are important documents which we strongly recommend that you read.

General disclaimer
We promise to provide the platform to you with reasonable skill and care and to act with professional diligence for so long as we choose to offer the platform. We will also take all reasonable steps to keep the platform a safe and secure environment for our users. We do not promise to offer the platform forever or in its current form for any particular period of time.

Financial disclaimer policy
In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services, or any content thereon, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
